Lift Safe recently supplied a Flex G500SBL fully powered workshop crane to a leading aerospace manufacturer recognised as a market leader in interconnect solutions.
The crane has been introduced to support a critical maintenance application within the customer’s production facility, where it is used to remove and refit heavy machine components for servicing. Due to the frequency of maintenance activity, the equipment needed to be robust, highly manoeuvrable and safe for repeated daily use across the factory.
The Flex G500SBL was selected as the ideal solution thanks to its fully powered traction and powered lifting, both controlled proportionally to allow precise, smooth handling of loads. Its compact footprint enables easy movement in confined workshop spaces, while still providing the capacity required for demanding aerospace applications.
By introducing the Flex G500SBL, the customer has improved operator safety, handling efficiency and uptime, ensuring heavy components can be moved and positioned with confidence and control throughout their facility.
