Our customer required a special lifter with custom manufactured lifting jib, for the operation of removing a tooling device from the machine line in order for it to be cleaned and replaced.
The challenge of overcoming the long reach to the centre of the load was achieved by visiting the customer’s site and talking through the operation, after which we were able to design a fit for purpose solution.
