195 Series Power Tilt Kontrol Carrier
Series 195 Power Tilt Kontrol-Karriers provide motorized drum rotation 360° in both directions. They are designed for handling a 55-gallon (210 litre), 22.5" (57 cm) diameter steel drum; options are available to handle other types and sizes of drum. They have a full drum capacity of 1,500 Lb. (680 kg) and a half-full drum capacity of 800 Lb. (363 kg). Half-Full Drum Rating is an indication of capacity for tilting unbalanced, bottom-heavy drum. Partially full drum with unbalanced and shifting load is harder to tilt than full drum. Models are available with single-phase AC motor, 3-phase AC motor, or air motor. AC Power Tilt models have 2-button pendant on 7-foot (2.1 m) cord; Air Power Tilt models have 3-position control valve on 6-foot (183 cm) hose
- 1/3 HP single-phase 220V 50Hz AC motor for power drum tilt
- 2-button pendant on 2.1 m (7 foot) cord
- Pendant extends to control drum tilt angle from below
- Two web straps and ratchets to secure a 55-gallon (210 litre), 22.5″ (57 cm) diameter steel drum
