Lift Safe recently supplied a dual purpose IP66 battery-operated lifter to a cheese manufacturer.
The dual-purpose LS200H IP66 wash down battery lifter was supplied with two quick-change stainless steel attachments.
The IP 66 lifter will be used for lifting 60kg bagging cones and 50kg reels into the customer’s bagging machines.
The lifting functions are controlled on the wander lead remote control with a fast/slow Up/down lift control speeds. You can unplug to prevent anyone other than the operative from controlling the functions.
The cone lifting attachments are fitted with adjustable forks to suit different sized cones and the reel lifting attachment is fitted with a rotating V-block to position the reel correctly.
