We’ve recently delivered four custom stainless steel lifters to a leading UK dairy production facility, each one designed to improve safety and efficiency when handling reels and rolls of packaging material.
Two of the units are fitted with expand-and-turn mechanisms, allowing operators to easily manipulate reels from a horizontal to a vertical position. The other two are equipped with roller ball prongs, making the movement and positioning of rolls effortless and precise.
Built from stainless steel, these lifters are perfect for hygienic environments and meet the stringent requirements of the food and beverage industry. Each one was tailored to the customer’s process to provide safe, ergonomic, and efficient handling.
