Distinguished by a triple electric boom that extends to provide a free overhang of over 3 meters, the OMNIA crane showcases advanced capabilities. A standout attribute of this pick and carry crane is its absence of lateral outriggers, ensuring maximum mobility even with suspended loads.
The OMNIA heavy-duty counterbalance crane proves itself as an ideal solution for lifting heavy and bulky loads. Its exceptional maneuverability enables access to various locations where loads require lifting, including narrow aisles and tunnels. The crane’s remarkable steering angle facilitates movement within confined spaces and rotation on its axis.
Notably, the crane is powered by AGM batteries, which can be recharged in environments with limited ventilation. Operating as a full electric crane, the OMNIA adheres to eco-friendly practices by being silent, environmentally conscious, and emission-free. It complies with health and safety international standards, incorporating vital features such as emergency buttons, warning devices, relief and check valves.
The crane is fortified with a maximum load dynamic throttling device, preventing overloading by inhibiting ascent and feed controls beyond the permissible range at each point of the slide. This safety feature ensures that the operator re-adjusts the load within authorised limits before proceeding.
The OMNIA crane showcases versatility, being compatible with a wide array of under hook accessories, including vacuum lifters, bars, beams, clamps, tilters, permanent magnets, and tailor-made solutions, rendering it indispensable across diverse industries.
In the case of the OMNIA 2TL, the crane is equipped with proportional control levers, complete with adjustable speed. These levers govern both jib upward/downward motion and jib extension/retraction. Conversely, the OMNIA 2TR features a remote control system with proportional and adjustable speed. The remote control handle includes buttons that activate the proportional control mode, facilitating precise control over jib movement.
